I established Helping Hands Hypnotherapy in 2022 and it has thrived and grown into the practise it is today.
Using a blend of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, I give you the tools to bring about long-lasting results.
Psychotherapy is extremely useful at treating conditions that affect our mind and when blended with hypnosis, it empowers us to make positively life changing decisions, guided by our own personal goals. Allowing us to focus on the future and not dwell on the past.
If you prefer an appointment in clinic, you can attend The Hebden Therapy Centre. I do also offer appointments online where you can relax in the comfort of your own home. I work with adults and with children over 8 years – I have extensive experience of working with children and their social and emotional mental health issues.
Initial Consultation (Approximately 1 hour) £35 – Including a free MP3 download.
Subsequent sessions (Approximately 1 hour) £60
These follow on weekly from the initial consultation and they are tailored to your specific requirements. The number of sessions needed varies from 4 to 12.
Relaxation sessions (Approximately 30 mins) £25 – Taking you into a wonderful state of deep relaxation.
Stopping smoking or vaping (Approximately 2 hrs) £150 – Single session including a free MP3 download.
Preferred at the time of booking in cash or via bank transfer.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice carry a 100% cancellation fee.
